School of Yava Yoga – Teacher Training Program in Northern Virginia

Included but not limited to our program are the following:

• Learn and refine all yoga poses for all levels

• Learn an array of preparatory movements that will assit people get deeper into each asana.

• Learn how to prevent injury with comprehensive yoga anatomy study

• Learn how to identify how many levels of fitness you may have to accommodate in any given class setting.

• Learn how to tailor each class to meet the needs of a diversified group.

• Learn how to deal with large class settings as well as small groups & private instruction.
